Gold level set up
The Gold level set up means that a luthier has specifically set up the violin, ensuring a quality violin arrangement from the first play. This set-up has been specially selected with care and thought to deliver a tailored sound as well as a better sound experience. Equipped with Larsen Aurora strings this violin is ready to play straight away.
Award-winning 200 series
For two years on the run, the Primavera 200 series won the "Best Bowed Instrument" at the Music Industries Association (MIA) awards and has since been recommended by teachers and schools alike as an excellent student instrument. Like much more expensive violins, the Primavera 200 features a hand-carved maple and spruce body. These quality tonewoods are essential for producing a rich, resonant tone.
Featuring an ebony chinrest, pegs, and fingerboard, the fittings are not only stylish but very robust and high-quality. A lightweight carbon fibre tailpiece with smooth-action adjusters makes the instrument very easy to tune correctly. And the beautiful grain of the wood is brought out with a gorgeous, antiqued finish.
Larsen Aurora strings
Purposefully designed with advancing students in mind, these strings will elevate your playing to the next level! Just like all Larsen string sets, Larsen Aurora strings offer an impressive response and playing characteristics. The combination of synthetic and steel cores alongside aluminium and silver windings have made these strings the new first choice for educators, students, and professional musicians alike.
Everything you need
To ensure you have the best possible experience, Primavera have included everything you need to get started. This outfit includes a composite bow with an ebony frog and natural horsehair. These traditional materials provide a rich tone and an effortless playing experience. Student rosin is also included.
To keep your violin and bow safe, the Primavera 200 comes with an oblong case. The inside of the case is lined with a soft material, to prevent any scratching of your instrument. On the outside of the bag, you will find a robust handle and backpack straps for easy transportation. On the back of the bag, there is a large, zipped pocket, perfect for sheet music. This convenient case is perfect for the musician on the move!
