The Shure SM27 Microphone is a flexible microphone suitable for both professional vocal and instrument applications. With a flat, neutral frequency response and very low self-noise, the SM27 reproduces sound full of clarity - both in the studio and on stage. The ultra-thin diaphragm features a cardioid polar pattern that focuses on the main source of sound whilst reducing feedback. Other unwanted background noise is also reduced with a 3-position switchable low frequency filter. The side-address microphone includes an internal shock mount to reduce handling noise, and three separate mesh layers for reducing wind and breath noise.
