The MXR Micro Amp+ Pedal retains the original Micro Amp's boosting capabilities of up to +26dB, yet enhances the pedal's tonal control. The Micro Amp+ is equipped with EQ controls including Bass, Gain and Treble, which offer tone sculpting with ease. The Bass and Treble controls allow players to cut or boost the low and high frequencies, whilst the Gain knob is for controlling the amount of signal boost. In addition, the MXR Micro Amp+ is equipped with low noise op amps, as well as true bypass, to ensure that there is no unwanted noise or signal interference. If you want to simply use the classic Micro Amp sound, then set the EQ controls to noon and you can still achieve this without switching pedals. Similar to all MXR pedals, the Micro Amp+ is constructed with rugged, heavy-duty casing for a lifetime of use whilst out on the road.

Equipped With EQ Controls

The MXR Micro Amp+ is equipped with more tonal options than the original, with three simple controls that allows users to sculpt their ideal sound. The controls include a Treble knob which allows users to cut or boost the high end frequencies; the Gain control is for adjusting the overall amount of signal boost; and the Bass knob controls the cut or boost of the low end frequencies. The addition of EQ controls, offers increased tonal shaping so that you can build your own sound.
