The Vermona VSR 3.2 is a mechanical spring reverb unit, inspired by vintage reverb processors. The VSR 3.2 Spring Reverb bases its design on classic reverb processors, opting for a mechanical spring reverb. The reverberation spring by AccuBell delivers classic-sounding 60s-style reverb. The result is a slightly metallic, yet dense reverb that is ideal for everything from vocals to instruments. The spring reverb is accompanied by an integrated equalizer, designed specifically to adapt to the springs frequency response. This ensures optimal audio fidelity and performance, giving you the best possible sound every time.
The streamlined design of the VSR 3.2 Spring Reverb Processor makes it easy to use. The front-panel includes controls to mix both the dry and effect signal. The unit also boasts controls for the input and output level, giving you full control over your reverb. The front-panel design is reminiscent of vintage-style reverbs, keeping the controls streamlined for quick and easy access. A ‘Tone’ control is also included for changing the way the reverb sounds. A ‘Post’ and ‘Pre’ switch allows you to check between the original signal and the affected signal, accompanied by a stop button that overrides the effect.
The robust, all-metal chassis makes its highly reliable and suited to the studio. It also features integrated rack-ear, taking up only a single unit of space; ideal for the space conscious studio user. The front-panel includes all the major controls as well as a ¼-inch jack input. It also includes two additional ¼-inch jack inputs located on the rear of the unit. The reverb can be used on a range of sources from vocal recordings to guitars, basses, samplers, sequencers and more. As well as being highly suited to the studio, the Vermona VSR 3.2 is also great in live situations.
