With a maximum SPL of 118 dB, the EON ONE provides detailed, distortion-free audio. An unobstructed 10” bass-reflex subwoofer delivers tight, accurate low-frequency response that is ideal for DJs and playing back recorded music. The high-frequency section features JBL’s patent-pending Directivity Control Geometry, which optimizes the spacing and angles of the six two-inch high-frequency drivers. This creates extraordinarily even front-to- back coverage, ensuring that everyone in the listening area hears the sound accurately and consistently.

The built-in, six-channel mixer enables users to connect microphones, instruments, such as acoustic guitars, electric guitars and keyboards, and other sources. The mixer also features bass, treble and reverb controls to optimize the sound. Bluetooth audio streaming makes it easy to play back recorded music from smartphones, tablets and more.

As the first truly all-in- one linear-array P.A. system, the EON ONE is easy to carry with just one hand. The high-frequency section and two spacers fit conveniently into the base unit, providing a streamlined package. Users can set up the system in seconds, choosing the right number of spacers to optimize the sound for each application. Two spacers provide a long throw for live performances and large crowds, while a single spacer is ideal for conferences, gyms and medium-sized groups. For small meetings and intimate events, users can place the high-frequency section directly atop the base unit.

JBL EON ONE Take Competition

From the 2nd of May 2017 to the 13th June 2017 singer songwriters are invited to enter the JBL EON ONE Take UK competition for a chance to win a day’s recording at London’s Strongroom Studios with Grammy Award winning producer Steve Levine and a JBL EON ONE portable PA system.

Open to all UK residents over the age of 18 and unsigned to any record labels, you must record and upload an original song performance to the JBL EON ONE competition website - eononetake.uk.

The top 40 voted entries will win an AKG P5i microphone and move through to the live phase of the competition. Qualifiers will then visit their chosen local retailer to record their original song live in “ONE TAKE” in the EON ONE recording pod. Each performance will be filmed and then uploaded to the competition site, where the performance will be judged by an elite panel including producer Steve Levine and Russell Deeks the Editor of Songwriting Magazine.

The judges will select 10 runners up who will each receive K702 headphones. Additionally, the judges will decide on the competition winner who will then receive the ultimate prize of a JBL EON ONE portable PA system and a day of recording and mixing with Steve Levine at the iconic Strongroom Studios in London.

Valid entries must consist of an original song performed by the entrant and no longer than three minutes in duration, consisting of a vocal and single instrument track.
