SRT Pickup System

The Yamaha A-Series guitars are fitted with an SRT Piezo pickup which is designed to use the individual elements for each of the strings. This helps to produce an ultra-clear and ultra-wide bandwidth signal to deliver an excellent dynamic response. The tonal output of the SRT system possesses exceptional tonal accuracy.

Redesigned Bracing For Ultimate Sound Projection

Through feedback, extensive research, analysis and development, Yamaha has managed to create a new scalloped bracing pattern for the A-Series. The new pattern allows for more volume, more projection, increase in the low and mid-end and a bigger tone. The bracing also allows the resonance of the guitar to sit closer to the middle resulting in greater and more balanced sound pressure whilst allowing for a superb dynamic range.
