View Full DescriptionPRS SE Singlecut offers PRS craftsmanship, looks, and tone at an incredibly affordable price. This is an amazing rock machine, and really a lot closer to the USA models than the price difference would suggest. The neck is smooth, fast and comfortable while the unique PRS 25" scale length is a great intermediate between other standard scales, allowing for both easy string bending and spot-on intonation. The medium jumbo frets have slightly flattened crowns, for a beautifully 'played-in' feel that feels right straight away. Access to the higher frets is made easy by the face scalloped body cutaway.
The dual bare custom wound humbuckers are unique to the SE Singlecut and extremely expressive, with an open, 'vintage' tonality. Screaming drive tones with loads of punch and dynamics, authentic crunch, and mellow, satisfying clean tones are on offer, with just a hint of extra sparkle. PRS-designed components in the SE Singlecut include the sealed chrome tuners, high-sustain wraparound stoptail, and the unique bird position inlays.
